This shipping offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories, in Canada or Alaska and Hawaii in the USA.

All U.S.A. and Canadian orders are subject to carrier calculated shipping rates, based on weight & shipping location (address).
