Recipe: Fluffy Pancakes♡

Aren't pancakes just one of the best things to eat. There's no set time for pancakes. They're just amazing at any time, for breakfast, lunch, supper and lets not forget dessert. There's so many different ways of making pancakes, if you are trying to eat healthier you may just use protein powder instead of flour. Check out these fluffy pancakes at foodie.yuki on Instagram. 230g flour (1 1/2 cups)
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp agave or coconut sugar
270ml oat milk (1 1/4 cup) (or any other vegetable milk)
1 egg or flax egg for vegan option
3 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla bean paste .
In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine the oat milk, agave and egg together.
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, gently stir until combined.
Stir in the melted butter/oil and vanilla bean paste.
Heat your no stick pan on medium heat and pour the batter, flip when bubbles start to pop. .
Depending on how thick you want them, you'll get 7-9 pancakes.
