Holiday Return Policy
Any regular priced items purchased between December 1-31st, may be returned for exchange or refund up until January 10th. This does not include individually marked down items. These are FINAL sale.
Regular Return Policy
All regular priced items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:
  • Returned within 14 days from the delivery date
  • Free of any sign of wear (unworn & unwashed)
  • In original packaging with hangtags still attached
  • Proof of payment (invoice) included with merchandise
  • Order number written on the outside of the shipping box or envelope
SALE ITEMS:
All sale items are final. Returns or refunds are not available on any of our sale items unless the product is defective. For any such claims, you may be required to submit a photo of the damaged item prior to return shipping.
 
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

All other returned items must have the original tags still attached, or it is not eligible for a credit. Climawear will not accept returns for any item(s) missing hang tags or with damaged packaging. All returns/garments will be subject to inspection upon receipt. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the approved merchandise (only) will be applied to your credit card/ original method of payment, within 5 business days. Original out-going shipping charges will not be refunded.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Defective and/or damaged items can be exchanged. All cases are handled individually, and require going through our customer service department. For any such claims, you may be required to submit a photo of the damaged item prior to return shipping.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact customer service by :
